Beautiful, quiet 47 m² apartment with all modern conveniences. Ideally located in Lyon's 6th arrondissement, first choice for your tourist or business stays.

In the heart of the 6th district, discover a cozy, comfortable and functional apartment. Located on the first floor of a beautiful Lyonnais building, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a comfortable dining area for 4. Living room with TV, bedroom with double bed (160x200), bathroom with bathtub. Wifi throughout the apartment. Close to shops, restaurants and all amenities. As a couple, with family or friends, perfect for a tourist or business stay, from a few nights to several weeks. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already in place, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo, 1 shower gel, 1 bar of soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton buds, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa pods, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 cleaning kit for the stay (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.
Accesso
The building is located in the center of Lyon, parking spaces are scarce and subject to a charge during the day. Pay parking nearby. Only four Metro stops from Lyon Part-Dieu station. The flat is on the ground floor without a lift. Bicycle parking available in the building courtyard. (Any arrival after midnight will not be accepted. Depending on the availability of our hosts, reception after midnight is possible with a supplement of €20 to be paid on site to the host).

We will welcome you until 9 pm directly at the apartment; however, if you wish to arrive after 9 p.m., please contact our agency before or after booking to verify the feasibility of this. For a reception between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. maximum, you will have to pay 20 € directly to your host.
