The apartment is steps away from the Greenway walking/bike path and has direct access to Busy Park/Dodder Rive with access to nice local walks. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a table for four. The house also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing delicious meals, a washer, a clothes dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, featuring a double bed and a queen bed, ensuring everyone a good night's sleep, with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Très joli cottage, propre et équipé de tous les services. Arrêt de bus à 2 minutes à pied qui vous emmène directement au centre ville.
