This three-bedroom house is perfect for families and friends looking to stay near the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Madeira International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

Welcome to my home! This charming 220m² house is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room is designed for relaxation. It features a cosy sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Wide windows allow ample natural light to fill the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room also provides access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and wardrobes, and a third with a double bed. Each bed is fitted with high-quality linens for a restful sleep. The bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
