This charming 40m² apartment is ideally located near many of Liverpool’s top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering diverse cuisine. The bright living area features cosy sofas, including one that converts into a sofa bed, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Skylight windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and cutlery. The bedroom offers a king-size bed with hotel-quality linens, a chest of drawers, hangers, a wall-mounted TV, and a relaxing ambience for a restful night. The bathroom includes all essential amenities, such as fresh towels and toiletries, to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each guest’s arrival and is located on the 3rd floor (please note there is no elevator). Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
