Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, restaurants, art galleries, and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park, enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner to watch the dancing fountains. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please be aware that Dubai is a dynamic and rapidly expanding city, and you might encounter occasional urban sounds, such as those associated with ongoing growth, throughout your stay.
