Welcome! This lovely 107m2 house is well-located in a quiet and residential West Kensington Estate. The high street has cafes, restaurants, and shops and fantastic access to transport links. The living room is furnished with a sitting area, including a sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. There's a private terrace available perfect to enjoy a coffee in the morning. The property features three bedrooms with double beds and one with twin beds. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, and all beds are provided with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. This townhouse has three floors, but the ground floor is accessible. It has a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen on the ground floor. There is no lift. The townhouse is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
