The living space features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a comfortable bed for additional sleeping space, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door that leads you onto a furnished balcony with a pool view. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stovetop, an oven, and a microwave, to cook delicious homemade meals. For added convenience, the studio has a washer, a drying rack and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is also an outdoor cinema and kids' play area where children can have fun and spend quality time with you. On the first floor, a majestic pool awaits you. A spacious gym equipped with treadmills, rowing machines, training benches, stationary bicycles, barbell sets, and several other accessories will help you stay fit while you're away. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.

Propriété magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable et hôte très réactif ! La seule suggestion serait d'avoir un miroir pleine longueur mais à part ça, je recommande vivement et je reviendrai !
