Welcome to my apartment! This beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is perfect for families and friends to gather and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Located on the first floor and accessible by stairs, the apartment offers a homely and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a large, comfortable sofa and a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, complete with a table that can comfortably seat four people. The apartment also boasts a charming balcony, where you can enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. There is a dedicated office with a desk for those who need to catch up on work during their stay. Additionally, a powder room ensures that everyone has enough space and privacy. The first bedroom features a queen bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have a single bed and a desk. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
