Welcome to my home! Modern and beautifully located one-bedroom apartment directly on London's Regents Canal. This lovely 70m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift. The apartment has an open floor plan that is as stylish as it is functional. The living room is elegantly furnished with a seating area, including a sofa bed and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can enjoy the canal views. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutlery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed lined in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
