It's walking distance to Butler's Pantry in the village for great coffee and food and The Morgue, a traditional Irish pub that's been around since 1848. Tesco is also a short walk through the greenway for all grocery needs. Large but secluded field in front of the house, quiet and perfect for recreation. It is a short drive to the Dublin mountains and famous pubs, The Merry Ploughboy and Johnny Fox's Pub, where you can find traditional Irish food and live music shows. The apartment is steps away from the Greenway walking/bike path and has direct access to Busy Park/Dodder Rive with access to nice local walks. Templeogue is primarily a residential suburb known for its family-friendly atmosphere. It features various housing options, including detached and semi-detached houses, apartments, and townhouses. The living room features a large sofa, two comfortable chairs and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave and a table for four. The house also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing delicious meals, a washer, a clothes dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, featuring a double bed and a queen bed, ensuring everyone a good night's sleep, with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. It is good for corporate stays too, given the home office and bus line into the city centre. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
