Come and enjoy the authentic charm of the Loire Valley in this spacious character house in Souvigny-de-Touraine, accommodating up to 10 people, and ideally located near the most beautiful châteaux in the region.

This charming house, ideal for accommodating up to 10 guests, is perfect for families seeking comfort and tranquility in the heart of the Loire Valley. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into a spacious living room that opens onto a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A dedicated game room is also available, offering entertainment for both children and adults, with a foosball table, a dartboard, and more. You will also have access to a restroom and a bathroom. At the back of the house, a small terrace furnished with outdoor furniture allows you to enjoy meals in the open air (please note that the adjoining garden belongs to the neighbor). On the first floor, you will find a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a toilet, as well as two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed, while the second bedroom offers a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed. On the second floor, an additional bedroom awaits you with two bunk beds and a double bed (140 cm), perfect for children or a group of friends. For families with young children, a travel crib and a high chair are also available to make your stay even more comfortable.

You have access to all the accommodation. All household linen is provided on site (sheets, covers, towels, etc.).
