The home is located in a lovely neighbourhood, just a quick 5 minute walk and you're in the city centre. There are plenty of iconic Mancunian establishments around the apartment to explore during your stay, such as Pasta Factory (amazing Italian) Band on the Wall (amazing live music venue), the Marble Arch (excellent food and artisan beers), the Angel pub (great beer range and a lively evening atmosphere. Quiz night on Mondays!) and Mackie Mayor (a beautiful listed Manchester market house recently refurbished and full of fantastic independent food and drink stalls). If you're planning on cooking at home or need anything, there is the Co Op grocery store 1 minute below the flat. Arndale shopping centre is less than a 10 min walk away, where you can find plenty of stores and boutiques if you're in the mood to shop!

Our sleek and cosy 2 bedroom (+ living room sofa bed) and 2 bathroom flat is conveniently located by Northern Quarter in Manchester.

Welcome to our home! This flat is located 5 mins walk to the Northern Quarter and rest of the City Centre. Located on the 3rd floor in a modern block with lift, this flat is perfect base for business travelers, tourists, and families! The bright living room is fitted with sofas, a TV and a dining table. The open and modern kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven and fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. We provide a kettle and toaster as well. Have a good night's rest in the double beds (Emma Mattress - medium/firm). Each room has ample cupboard space so you can make yourself right at home! There are 2 bathrooms available (one is en-suite). A fan and black out curtains are also provided. This home is also complete with hotel-quality linen, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable! Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
