Fully furnished and equipped for the comfort of 4 people, it is the ideal base for a business trip or a tourist stay, from a few nights to several weeks. Close to the Part-Dieu train station and all amenities.

This 48m2 apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, extractor, kitchen utensils, cutlery, etc.), a table that can easily accommodate 4 people, pleasant for lunch or teleworking, a lounge area with TV and sofa bed for 2 people opening onto a small private balcony, a separate bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with bath and heated towel rail, separate WC. For your comfort, the apartment is ready to welcome you. We provide hotel quality laundry (bed linen already set up, towels, bath mat, tea towel) as well as 3 welcome kits for the first night / first morning: 1 bathroom kit for 2 people (1 shampoo , 1 shower gel, 1 soap, 3 make-up remover discs, 4 cotton swabs, 1 nail file); 1 edible kit for 2 people (2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, 2 cocoa sticks, 3 sugar pods, 2 mini-cookies); 1 maintenance kit for the living room (1 sponge, 1 washing machine tablet, 1 dishwasher tablet). Included in the cleaning fee.

There is free street and paid parking on nearby streets. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator but there are 3 steps to access it. The entire apartment is reserved for travelers. The store to collect or return keys opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 8:30 p.m. For an arrival or departure outside these hours you will be charged €20 in order to accommodate you depending on availability or to return the keys to the store at your place on the day of your departure.
