Welcome to my apartment! This two-bedroom apartment in Malva-Rosa is located on the ground floor and is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy a beach getaway. It is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the sand and surf. This property is suitable for disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility. This property is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also an indoor terrace with a table and two chairs to lounge and relax. Please also note that the property has limited windows for ventilation; only the terrace door can be opened to allow fresh air in. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment also has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet laundry needs. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second has a trundle bed. All have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom is conveniently connected to both bedrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. It contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Construction is currently taking place on the main road (just outside the flat), and there is no specified completion date, so please be aware of this.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Super accommodation! Top location! Only criticism: few kitchen utensils. For example, no oven or toaster. The sofa is also getting on in years and needs to be cleaned. Otherwise recommendable!
