Welcome to my loft! Step inside this delightful loft where rustic charm meets modern comfort. The main living area is adorned with exposed brick walls and wooden beams, creating a warm ambiance. Relax on the comfortable gray sectional sofa, catch up on your favorite shows with the wall-mounted TV, or enjoy a meal at the sleek dining table with wicker chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern oven, stovetop, and a range hood, making meal preparation a breeze. Cooking utensils and cutlery are provided, so you can whip up a delicious feast. The open-plan layout allows you to interact with family or friends while you cook, creating a communal atmosphere. Retreat to the loft-style bedroom, offering an open and airy space with a double bed and a small clothing rack. Although the sloped ceiling adds character, it may limit headroom in parts of the room. The bathroom features a modern shower, and soft towels are provided for your convenience. Important: We want your stay to be perfect, so we love taking care of every detail. Access to the loft is via a staircase with the typical charm of El Cabanyal’s historic buildings: it is narrow and quite steep. For this reason, we recommend keeping this in mind if you are traveling with very heavy luggage. Please note that it may not be the most comfortable accommodation for guests with reduced mobility Also note that the loft has an open floor plan, so there is no separation between bedrooms and they are connected to each other. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Please note that it may not be the most comfortable accommodation for guests with reduced mobility This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax) Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Es ist eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft, die alles bietet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist großartig, nur wenige
