This charming 66 m² apartment is ideally located near the beach and within walking distance of many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse cuisine. The bright and cozy living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a TV to enjoy your favorite shows, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential utensils and cookware. For your convenience, a washing machine is also available. The apartment has two welcoming bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, small desk, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. There is also an additional room with a single bed, also equipped with air conditioning. All beds are made with fresh linens. The bathroom comes with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need to refresh and feel at home. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Please note: the apartment is located on the third floor and is only accessible by stairs; there is no elevator. Enjoy your stay! Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – not available for tourist stays. To complete the booking, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for your stay. After confirming your reservation, you will receive a contract to sign. Without a signed agreement, the booking will be canceled without a refund.

Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
