Calm and Cosy This simple 20m² ground-floor apartment is a great pick for couples, small families, or friends who want a comfy, no-fuss place to stay. It's got an open-plan layout with a double bed and a sofa bed, so it can sleep up to 3 people. The kitchen comes with all the basics for cooking, plus a dishwasher to make cleanup easier. You'll also have a washing machine and iron if you need to do laundry. We've got you covered with fresh towels, bed linens, and a few toiletries to get you started. Just a heads up: Being on the ground floor means the sofa bed is closer to the street, so there may be a bit of noise. The front door also opens directly onto the street—no porch or entryway. Important note about ground-floor, street-level apartments: As a ground-floor apartment at street level, it is normal for these properties to experience some humidity and occasional insect presence despite regular professional cleaning. This is typical during certain seasons in the city and is not a reflection of poor maintenance. The property does not have windows but benefits from good ventilation.
