See you soon! - By train: Troyes Train Station is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive away. - By vehicle: Paid Parking: 2 minutes walk: 19 Pl. place Audiffred, 10000 Troyes (small parking) Paid Parking: 10 minutes walk: Boulevard Victor Hugo, 10000 Troyes (large parking, the cheaper of the two) How is key handover done? It's straightforward. Entry is done independently for your comfort using the key box. The procedure will be communicated to you later for a smooth arrival. Are you the sole occupants of the accommodation? Yes. Is the wifi connection private and complimentary? Yes, subject to the operator's signal quality.

Key Points to Remember: 1. Please respect the premises and neighbors. Your stay is in an apartment, not a hotel. 2. Upon departure, leave the place in good condition, as on arrival: empty trash into the containers, close windows, lower heating, and turn off lights. 3. In case of issues, our team will strive for immediate action, but note there is no on-site staff. 4. Cleaning includes property restoration by professionals, not dishwashing, waste disposal, deodorizing, etc. Dishes must be clean and put away. A supplement of €25 will be charged for additional expenses. 5. Bed linen and towels provided; change during the stay available on request with a supplement. 6. Additional cleaning service is available for €50, to be requested before arrival. 7. Initial supplies provided; products for the rest of the stay are your responsibility. 8. Early check-in and late check-out possible with a supplement and subject to availability. 9. Non-compliance with house rules (presence of animals, smoke odors, etc.) will incur a €50 additional fee for management costs. 10. Responsible use of heating and water is required.
