Come and enjoy this carefully decorated room with private bathroom and toilet in a property complex intended for short and medium-term rental.

Come and discover this perfect space for travelers looking for conviviality and comfort, while enjoying their own privacy. Located on the first floor of a building (1 studio and 5 bedrooms in total), this room for 2 people will provide you with all the necessary comfort for your stay. A cozy Queen Size bed will allow you to rest after a day of work or sightseeing. You can relax while watching TV (thanks to Chromecast) and enjoying the Fiber Wifi connection at your disposal. For your comfort, the room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. You will have your own bathroom with toilet. The kitchen is shared and located on the ground floor of the building. The latter, very spacious, will allow you to concoct good little dishes like at home (oven, fridge, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.). You can also enjoy the lounge area with sofas, a large TV and board games. For sunny days, you will also have access to a shared garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days and chatting with other residents if you wish. You can travel light without worrying about anything: hotel-quality sheets and towels are at your disposal and cleaning is carried out by a professional company. Arrivals and departures are done independently via connected locks. The entrance hall of the building is under video surveillance. We are waiting for your reservation :)

Parking is free on the street and access is very easy from the motorways. From Tours train station, it is 1.8 kilometres or about twenty minutes walk. Public transport is also within reach to get around without constraints. Are you coming by bike? It is possible to leave them in the entrance hall of the building. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift.
