At the bottom of the building there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, tram stop. Tours train station is a 5-minute walk away. You will also have access to a space in the building's secure underground parking lot. You will enjoy an impeccable apartment thanks to cleaning carried out by a professional company and the accommodation will be equipped with the necessary linen such as towels, sheets, duvet covers, bath mats and tea towels. Everything is included in the cleaning fee. Your arrival will be independent. The keys will be collected from a shop located at 5 minutes by car or 10 by bus.
