You can relax watching TV (thanks to Chromecast) and taking advantage of the fiber Wifi connection at your disposal. A kitchen area is also at your disposal to prepare good meals (hotplates, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, etc.) Finally, a bathroom with shower and toilet completes the property. For your comfort, the studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning. Small bonus: as a resident, you will also have access to a shared garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days and chatting with other residents if you wish. You can also take advantage of the building's shared space including a large kitchen and relaxation area with large TV, sofas and board games. Parking is free on the street and access is very easy from the motorways. From Tours train station, it is 1.8 kilometres or about twenty minutes walk. Public transport is also within reach to get around without constraints. Are you coming by bike? It is possible to leave them in the entrance hall of the building. The apartment is located on the 1st floor without a lift.
