This charming 75m2 loft with an industrial feel is located in an atypical building in Tourcoing, and has been entirely renovated and decorated with care! Tourcoing station and the metro to Lille are a 10-minute walk from the apartment. You can also enjoy a pretty winter garden on the balcony.

FOLLOWING A NUMBER OF INFANCIAL OFFENSES, SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS WERE INSTALLED IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE BUILDING. The flat next door is being renovated, which may cause some noise pollution during the day.
