This apartment is located rue des Poutrains in Tourcoing. It is on the 2nd floor of a small, very quiet building, without elevator. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2024, it is functional and has quality bedding. You will be a few minutes walk from the city center and the “Colbert” metro station. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

We live nearby and appreciate the quietness of the residence. We welcome responsible travelers. If you share this spirit, we look forward to welcoming you. The accommodation is composed as follows: - Large living room with connected TV - Separate equipped kitchen - Bathroom with double sink, bathtub and WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.

You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present.

We are available during your stay by phone from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our maintenance technicians are available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in case of emergency.
