The district, located away from the city and close to Revest-les-Eaux, is popular for its tranquility and its enchanting natural setting. Although it is peaceful, it is not isolated. There are several small local shops, such as bakeries, grocery stores and cafes.

Welcome to our magnificent property ‘La Petite Clémente’, set back from the town centre and ideal for unforgettable stays with family or friends. This unique accommodation offers peace and space, close to nature. The accommodation is located in a property divided into several units and includes a Studio and a private terrace.

Charming property tastefully renovated in a seaside style, comprising a garden-level studio in a large Provencal building. Accommodation of around 30m2, typical of the region, for up to 4 people: Ground floor: - Separate sleeping area with double bed (140x200). - Fitted kitchen opening onto the dining/living room. - Living room with sofa bed, TV and access to the terrace via a bay window. - Bathroom with wc, shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and mirror. Outside: - Private terrace **** Option for groups of up to 10 people **** The property has an adjoining Duplex flat for 6 people which can be added to your booking, subject to availability. Please note: the Duplex can be rented to other travellers during your stay, but is soundproofed from the Studio. Each unit has its own private outdoor area enclosed by wooden partitions.

Independent entrance with key box and unique password valid for the duration of your stay. (Information on access to the flat communicated 48 hours before the day of arrival after completing the check-in form).

No smoking : - Smoking inside the house. - Pets not allowed. - Organisation of parties or commercial activities. Regulations : - The house is equipped with video surveillance at the entrance. - Please respect the quiet hours (8 p.m. to 7 a.m.) as the house is adjoined by year-round residents. Special features: - The adjacent flat may be booked by other travellers. Each accommodation unit is soundproofed and has a private outdoor area enclosed by wooden panels (not visible in the photos). - The house, situated below a road, may be slightly exposed to traffic noise during working hours, but remains quiet the rest of the time.
