Our home is set in Clase, a peaceful residential area north of Swansea. The neighbourhood has a friendly community feel, with local shops and takeaways close by for everyday essentials. It’s conveniently located near Morriston Hospital and the DVLA, and just a short drive or bus ride brings you to Swansea city centre, the Marina, and sandy beaches. Nature lovers will enjoy nearby Penllergaer Woods, with its walking trails, gardens, and café perfect for a day outdoors. Clase offers a calm, suburban setting with quick access to city life, the coast, and the countryside, making it a great base for both work and leisure stays.

The welcoming living area provides a cosy space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Swansea or the surrounding coastline. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a convenient self-catering stay, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cookware, and dining essentials. Adjacent to the kitchen, the bright conservatory dining area creates a pleasant space for enjoying meals, catching up with friends and family, or planning the day ahead with plenty of natural light. Upstairs, the property offers four well-presented bedrooms with a flexible mix of double and single beds, making it well-suited to a variety of group arrangements. You will have full access to the entire property for the duration of your stay. The property includes a large private driveway located at the side of the house. This can comfortably accommodate up to five vehicles, making it ideal for families, groups, or contractors travelling with multiple cars or vans. Parking is free, secure, and exclusively for guest use during your stay.

Checkin to this property is handled remotely by our dedicated guest support team who are there to help you with everything you may need during your stay.
