An exceptional location for this superbly appointed studio at the summit of Mont Saint Clair, just a 5-minute drive from the town centre and the beaches Enjoy exceptional views of the sea, the port of Sète, the Étang de Thau and the Massif de la Gardiole from the private terrace, the kitchen or the bedroom Enjoy an aperitif overlooking the sea You’ll fall asleep to views of the city lights and wake up to the sunrise

Fully equipped for two people and tastefully decorated. Fully fitted kitchen, washer-dryer, walk-in shower. There is a high table for two in the kitchen area. A table on the terrace and two deckchairs for your lunches and aperitifs in the sun. Free parking at the foot of the house. Please note: Narrow, stony access road... (it is not possible to pass other vehicles, and reversing to let others through can be tricky). If you do not wish to take this road, the studio is also accessible from the Mont Saint Clair viewpoint; the house is just below it... You can park your car for free in the Mont Saint Clair viewpoint car park, which is monitored day and night... You then have 54 steps to go down to reach the house and 37 to go up to reach your private terrace and the studio. A 5-minute drive from the historic centre of Sète, the harbour and the quays. 5 minutes from the beaches by car or 10 minutes by bus (bus stop for line 5 100 m away) A 10-minute walk (and 200 steps!) to reach the historic centre directly. Bed linen and towels provided.

Free private parking right outside the house.

The studio and its terrace are completely self-contained but form part of our home. You can come and go as you please using a key box, but a member of the family will always be on hand should you need anything. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further information. Alexandra
