The picturesque Quartier Haut, overlooking the port, is nicknamed "Little Naples" because the fishermen who live there are from the Amalfi coast and have imported here all the atmosphere of southern Italy. This is the oldest district of the city, it remains the fishermen’s district, there are many jousters with their meeting places. (Social café 100 m from the apartment).
