It's an ideal retreat for those looking to unwind and soak in the city's rural charm. Combining modern comforts with rustic appeal, this cozy home promises a truly relaxing experience for all guests. The living area features a warm and inviting seating space, perfect for unwinding and watching a movie after a day of exploring. With its cozy ambiance and ample seating, it's the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The kitchen is designed with a delightful rustic touch, offering a cozy setting for guests to gather, share meals, and enjoy each other’s company. It is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking tools to prepare delicious homemade dishes. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials for freshening up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For added convenience, an electric car charger is located just 90 meters from the property. Guests can also request canoes, pedal boats with a trailer for river excursions, paddle boards for some water fun, and bicycles for exploring the scenic surroundings. The property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: Pets are allowed in the flat for an additional charge of 25euros per stay. Thank you for your understanding.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
