The house is spread over two stories and is surrounded by a lovely garden. Additionally, it features a terrace equipped with a table and chairs, creating an ideal setting for al fresco dining or simply relishing the delightful weather. The first living room has a homely atmosphere and features two sofas and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, The second living room features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, The kitchen offers a dining table for six and is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The property also has a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first and second bedrooms come with double beds and balconies, allowing you to wake up to stunning views and enjoy some fresh air. The third bedroom has two single beds, perfect for children or additional guests. All beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, it offers the convenience of complimentary parking on the street, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
