Welcome to this beautiful house just a stone's throw from St Pierre des Corps station.

With a surface area of 120m², this house and its pleasant garden can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. Ideally located near the St Pierre des Corps train station, our home offers a strategic location for exploring the beautiful Loire Valley region. In fact, the house is just a stone's throw from the St Pierre des Corps train station, which serves many French destinations. It's also a strategic location for business travelers. You'll be close to all amenities. Whether you're here for tourism or business, you'll find all the comforts you need here. There's a large dining room where you can enjoy your meals, and a sitting area with a sofa where you can relax in front of the TV while taking advantage of the Wifi connection. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. You'll be able to prepare delicious meals just like at home! You'll have an oven, gas hob, Italian coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. On the second floor of the house, you'll find the sleeping area. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed for a good night's rest. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a 120cm single bed. The bathroom features a shower with double vanity unit. The WC is separate. There's one upstairs and one on the first floor. In fine weather, you can enjoy the lovely garden and terrace. A table awaits you for meals and sunbathing :) For your comfort, you can travel light: everything is included in the cleaning fee, and sheets and towels are provided. Arrival is autonomous via key box.

You'll be a four-minute walk from the St Pierre des Corps train station, which serves many French destinations. Parking is available in the courtyard.
