Welcome to my 42 m² apartment on the 4th floor in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine. It comfortably accommodates two guests with its bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally located just 2 minutes from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay just steps away from Paris.

Welcome! Step into this bright and elegantly designed 42 m² apartment, where comfort and style meet to create the perfect stay. The cozy living area features a sofa bed, which converts into a double bed for two additional guests, along with a large TV for your moments of relaxation. The dining space includes a table that comfortably seats four guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The master bedroom boasts a 160x200 cm queen bed dressed with luxury hotel-quality linens. A dedicated workspace is also available—ideal for work or study. A spacious closet ensures you can unpack and feel right at home. The bathroom has a sink, large mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment undergoes professional cleaning between each stay. All that's left is for you to relax and enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
