Whether you're coming with family or friends, for business or pleasure, you'll feel right at home in this charming villa with private pool for up to 8 people. Ideally located in the heights of Rivière Saint Louis, you'll enjoy a space conducive to calm and relaxation. The house has a living area of 140m², with 4 bedrooms on the first floor: 1 master bedroom with king-size bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bunk bed and 1 bedroom with single bed, and a bathroom with Italian shower. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living and dining room opening onto a fully-equipped open kitchen (crockery, coffee machine, microwave, hob and hood). A large glass veranda with a superb view of the sea, including a billiard table and fitness machine. A large 7x3 swimming pool with seawater fountain will delight young and old alike, and 2 large stone barbecues at the front and back of the house. For added comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Enjoy your stay.
