Just minutes away, you will find the Roman Ruins of Tróia, a world-class archaeological complex that was once the largest fish-salting production centre in the Roman Empire. Welcome! This charming apartment with a balcony, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore one of Portugal's treasures, the Tróia peninsula. Ideal for families, this apartment features a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing, and also features a bright dining area by the window that gives access to the balcony where you can also gather the family outdoors at the outdoor table. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all daily meals. In addition to basic dishes and utensils, the kitchen features a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven, stove hob, fridge, and dishwasher to help you in your daily life. The sleeping area consists of two harmoniously decorated bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. All beds come with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom features all amenities, including a shower, towels, and toiletries for your convenience. There is also a washing machine located in the apartment's pantry. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

مكان رائع حقًا، وموقع مذهل، وأجواء رائعة. العيب الوحيد هو أن الأريكة غير مريحة على الإطلاق، لكن بخلاف ذلك كان المكان رائعًا تمامًا، كما سمحوا لنا بتأخير موعد المغادرة
