This two-storey mezzanine is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the subway station is just a 9-minute walk, so guests can easily travel and explore the city! Please note: Possible noise from construction works in the area between 8am-8pm on weekdays.

Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 56 m2 mezzanine offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 2nd floor via stairs. It is designed with open and vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. Right next to it, the kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and it includes essential cookware and cutlery, a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. A washing machine and a dishwasher are added for extra comfort. Upstairs in the mezzanine, the sleeping area is modernly decorated and it includes a comfortable queen bed, air conditioning and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

إقامة رائعة. المدفأة تعمل بشكل جيد. الموقع رائع. قريب جدًا من الأماكن الرئيسية التي أردنا زيارتها. يسهل المشي فيه. الشقة حديثة جدًا. المبنى يبدو جديدًا جدًا.
