Welcome! This studio, located in the centre of Porto in a fully renovated classic building, combines the charm of modern design with maximum functionality and features an elevator. The social area features a bright and inviting open-space concept. The living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, blends seamlessly with a modern kitchen fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine, providing you with complete autonomy during your stay. The sofa bed can accommodate one child! The bedroom is a true nest of comfort, standing out for its thoughtful decor featuring wallpaper inspired by Portuguese motifs and a serene atmosphere beneath the slanted ceiling, ideal for recharging your batteries. The "jewel in the crown" is undoubtedly the spacious private terrace. Featuring a wooden deck and outdoor furniture, it is the perfect spot to have breakfast al fresco or relax with a glass of Port Wine in the late afternoon, enjoying the view over the typical rooftops and the city's energy. The bathroom has everything you need, including towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

موقع ومساحة رائعان! نحن على بعد شارع واحد من الساحة الرئيسية و 10 دقائق من الجسر. كان كل شيء كما توقعنا.
