Welcome to my home! This charming 100m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide array of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. For added convenience, a washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. Both ensuite bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size beds, wardrobes, and access to a balcony – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. To ensure your comfort, all beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms are stocked with towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and recharge. The apartment is professionally cleaned to maintain a high standard of comfort for every guest. Located on the 2nd floor, the building also features an elevator for easy access. We hope you enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

لقد استمتعنا كثيرًا بهذه الشقة. كان كل شيء متوفرًا، لكننا افتقدنا بعض مناشف المطبخ لغسل وتجفيف الأطباق بأنفسنا. لم تكن غسالة الأطباق مثبتة جيدًا (كانت مفكوكة) تحت الحوض، وخشينا أن تتسرب المياه إذا است
