Step inside and be welcomed by a bright and inviting living area, where two comfortable armchairs and a coffee table create the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Porto. Large windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the warm and airy atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a delicious homemade dinner. The bedroom offers a tranquil retreat with a comfortable double bed, soft lighting, and tasteful decorative touches, ensuring restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to provide maximum comfort. Lastly, the contemporary bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, a large mirror, and plenty of storage space, with fresh towels provided for your convenience. One of the highlights of the apartment is the private terrace, surrounded by greenery and furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, share an al fresco meal, or simply relax in a peaceful setting away from the city's bustle. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

كانت الشقة تمامًا كما وُصفت وكما ظهرت في الصور، وكان المضيف سريع الاستجابة للرسائل. أوصي بها بكل ثقة لأي شخص يبحث عن شقة بغرفة نوم واحدة في بورتو!
