Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and only a few steps from some of the city's best attractions! Plenty of restaurants and shops are nearby, so guests will have plenty to explore.

Welcome! Comfort and convenient, this lovely flat is the perfect base for anyone visiting Porto! The open-plan living and dining area features a sofa and flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city, and a round table with seats for up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances so guests can easily prepare meals and snacks during their stay. The apartment also offers access to the roof terrace, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or wine in the evening. There are two bedrooms, and both come with queen-sized beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort. The 2nd bedroom is on the mezzanine, which you will find access to next to the kitchen. The bathroom, which you'll find on the main floor, is modern and well-appointed, with a walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
