Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 250m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 5th floor and has a lift access. It is designed with vibrant and open living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. Three bedrooms include a queen bed each, and the fourth has two single ones. All bedrooms are modernly decorated and fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. Four bathrooms are prepared with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note: There are ongoing works in the neighbouring apartment. Construction may take place between 08:00 and 20:00, which could cause some noise during these hours.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

شقة جميلة جداً في المركز التاريخي، فسيحة ومجهزة تجهيزاً جيداً، لقد أحببنا حقاً غرف النوم بأسرتها الكبيرة وحماماتها الخاصة، وهو أمر عملي جداً عندما يكون لديك عائلة كبيرة. الضيوف الجاهزون كانوا متجاوبين
