Situated on the 1st floor and accessible by stairs, the space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Designed with an open layout, the living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. Thoughtfully stocked with cookware and cutlery, it provides everything necessary for a seamless cooking experience. A sleek, modern partition subtly separates the sleeping area, maintaining an open feel while adding a sense of privacy. It is designed to offer both comfort and style, featuring a cosy double bed, multiple storage spaces and a private bathroom. A lovely balcony invites you to step outside, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind in a peaceful setting. The highlight of the property is the shared garden, where you can unwind and enjoy the outdoors. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

إقامة رائعة في بورتو! هذه الشقة جوهرة صغيرة. الديكور بسيط ولكنه راقٍ، تماماً مثل الصور. أحببت نوافذ الشرفة الضخمة والضوء الطبيعي. لقد نمنا جيداً بفضل السرير المريح للغاية والبياضات النظيفة والطازجة.
