Welcome to my house! This charming 72 m² house with one bedroom, split over two floors in Porto, offers a cozy and convenient retreat for families or friends. Please note that the access to the property has steps, and access to the bedroom is by stairs. Thoughtfully designed with an open-plan layout, the living area features a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table ideal for meals or relaxing together. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and all the essential cookware and crockery for home-cooked meals. For added convenience, the home is fitted with a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a washer and ironing equipment for laundry needs. The main bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay. Upstairs, the bedroom features another double sofa bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a TV to watch your favourite shows, an ensuite bathroom, and access to a small balcony with a seating area, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening breeze. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The lower sofa bed is ideally suited for two children rather than adults. A mattress topper is available in the apartment, which can provide extra comfort if needed.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
