Welcome to my studio! Step into a welcoming open-plan space where the kitchen seamlessly blends into the dining and living areas. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils, inviting you to prepare delicious meals. A wooden dining table awaits your culinary creations, ideal for intimate dinners or leisurely breakfasts. The living area, featuring a plush blue sofa, is a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring Porto. Large windows fill the room with natural light, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. An air conditioning unit ensures comfort year-round. Adjacent, the bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, and lamps for a tranquil night's rest. The studio is located in the heart of the city, right near the main nightlife district (bars and clubs). Due to its lively location, there will be night-time noise. It’s perfect for guests looking to enjoy the city’s nightlife, but might not be suitable for light sleepers. This is a studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a traditional building with no elevator. Access is via stairs only, making it unsuitable for elderly guests, individuals with reduced mobility, or travellers with heavy luggage. Enjoy your Stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
