Avenida de Fernão de Magalhães serves as a central axis within Antas, offering access to shops, parks, and transport connections. Welcome to my studio! This charming 50m² duplex studio in Porto offers a welcoming retreat for families and friends seeking both relaxation and comfort. Conveniently located on the ground floor, the property provides easy access and a cosy, thoughtfully designed layout. The main floor features an open-plan living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, a stove, oven, and microwave, everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. For added convenience, a washing machine and ironing equipment are also provided. Downstairs, you'll find a tranquil sleeping area with a queen-sized bed, dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, for a pleasant and stress-free stay. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
