Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs. Guest must climb several steps to reach the building. It is designed with open and modern living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery for making delicious meals. The bedroom is well decorated and it includes a comfortable queen bed fitted, air conditioning, multiple storage spaces, and a small balcony. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

حظيت بإقامة ممتازة في هذه الشقة في بورتو. منظر جسر دورو رائع للغاية، خاصةً عند غروب الشمس. الموقع مثالي، على بُعد مرمى حجر من النهر، حتى تتمكن من الاستمتاع بالمدينة بالكامل. الشقة نظيفة للغاية ومزينة
