Welcome to your home in Porto This charming 36m² loft studio sits right in front of Porto Cathedral, placing you in one of the city’s most iconic and historic spots. From here, you can easily walk to top attractions, local shops, supermarkets, and a wonderful variety of restaurants. The apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor. Just at the building entrance, you’ll find a dedicated coworking space — perfect for remote work, studying, or simply enjoying a quiet change of scenery. Inside, the living area is designed with comfort in mind. Relax on the cosy sofa after a day of exploring and enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the comfortable double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and cutlery. A charming peninsula serves as a dining area, and there’s a TV for unwinding with your favourite shows. Upstairs, the loft offers another comfortable double bed and ample storage space to help you settle in with ease. The bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival so you can feel at home from the moment you step inside. We can’t wait to host you — enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

أقمنا لمدة أربعة أيام وكنا قريبين من كل شيء. كان كل شيء نظيفًا للغاية. فقط وجدت أنه من الغريب ألا يكون لدينا أي أواني أو مقالي إذا أردنا طهي الطعام. بخلاف ذلك، كان كل شيء مثاليًا.
