The medieval Ribeira district is located in Porto on the riverside, there are plenty merchants houses and cafes. The São Francisco Church is a beautiful monument with an historical past. Welcome to our home! Conventionally located a 10-minute walk from Trindade Metro Station. It can sleep up to 3 people comfortably (adults only). There's a really nice pub/bar on the ground floor and it is possible to hear music during working hours. The room is equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The room is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The flat's walls are thin, so guests should expect some noise. Please note that access to the room is from inside the bar.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. أقمت هنا لمدة ليلتين، وأحببت التصميمات الداخلية والموقع وسهولة الوصول....الشقة تماماً كما تراها في الصور....لم أواجه مشكلة الضوضاء حيث كان البار مغلقاً في الأيام التي أقمت فيها!!!
