Welcome to my studio! This delightful 50 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this active city. It is located on the 1st floor via stairs. This space is designed for comfort and relaxation. It features an open living area that seamlessly combines the kitchen and sleeping spaces. The cosy living area invites guests to unwind with a plush sitting area, perfect for enjoying a movie after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen is a welcoming hub for conversation and shared meals. It is equipped with everything you need to cook something delicious, including cookware, cutlery, and a convenient dishwasher. The modern sleeping area is designed for a restful night's sleep. It has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make you feel at home. Step out onto the charming balcony, where you can soak up the sun and enjoy a peaceful moment outdoors. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
