Welcome to my studio! This delightful 54 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access. This space is thoughtfully designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring beautiful living and kitchen areas. The homely living room offers a lovely sitting area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding while watching TV after exploring the city. It also includes a comfortable double-sized bed, a single couch bed for extra guests, and ample storage space to keep everything organised. The open-plan kitchen is a welcoming hub for socialising and enjoying meals together. Fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, it invites you to prepare delicious meals quickly. The bath has everything you need to refresh, including soft, clean towels and complimentary toiletries. This space is designed to feel like a home away from home, providing a perfect retreat for your stay. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. The apartment is in a vibrant area with great local energy. As a result, you might notice a bit of street noise, especially during busy hours. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
