This is the perfect home for a family, a group of friends or romantic getaway. The 2 bedroom apartment is centrally located and is just 2 minutes from 24 de Agosto Metro Station. The property has a private balcony and plenty of space to sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. It is a full-of-personality apartment with plenty of space for you to enjoy.

Welcome to my home! The spacious living room features a smart TV, a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa, where you can relax after a busy day of exploring the city. The area features large windows that let in a lot of natural sun lighting that brightens up the space. The bright kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a coffee machine, ironing equipment and a washing machine with detergent. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed (150x200) and another with a queen bed (160x200). Both beds are lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience A washing machine is also available in the apartment. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor by stairs and guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.
