Welcome to my Apartment! Upon entering this sophisticated duplex, you'll find yourself on the upper floor, where two elegantly appointed bedrooms await. Each bedroom features queen-size beds with luxurious linens, large windows that flood the space with light, and smart TVs for evening entertainment. A complete bathroom on this level offers plush towels and a refreshing shower. Descend the stylish floating staircase to discover the heart of the home. The open-plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils, invites culinary exploration. Its modern island is perfect for meal preparation while engaging with guests in the adjacent living area. Here, you can unwind with a film on the flat-screen TV or take advantage of high-speed WiFi for seamless streaming. Step outside to the private terrace, where a wooden table and comfortable seating create an ideal setting for al fresco dining or evening relaxation. Ambient lighting enhances the tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect space to savor Porto's balmy evenings. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
